Exchange ProcessTo prevent complications, we ask that all exchanges be accomplished by the following method. This method has proven to prevent mistakes, delays, and payment issues, while also decreasing the length of time it takes to process an exchange. |
Will You Accept My Return?We accept returns or exchanges of products that are ordered within the past 90 days. For items purchased longer than 90 days ago, please contact us first. All stock items are returnable as long as they are in their original packaging and less than 5 pieces have been used. Custom Items are not Returnable. |
How Much Will I Be Refunded?
The only aspect we do not refund are any shipping costs incurred on the original order or on shipping it back to us. |
How & Where Should I Ship my Return?Returns are easy! Make a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or email confirmation and include it in the box with the products you wish to ship back. Then ship it back to us via any shipping company you prefer.Ship the package to: We always recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking available. This way you can make sure the package arrives to us. We will be unable to refund any orders that get lost or do not make it to us and that do not have proof of shipment (ie. tracking). |
When Can I Expect to Receive my Refund
We process the returns once a week. You can expect to receive your refund shortly after that. Depending on the original payment option, we may be able to issue a refund back to your credit card right away. If for any reason we are unable to do that, then we would issue a refund check to the billing address on the order. |
